POOR service all round

I ordered a package from Temu which was supposed to be delivered on 08/04/2024 by the latest. Yesterday they said it was out for delivery, they never showed or contacted me. Delivery Status says they can't find my address. (No other courier company has ever struggled to find my address). I phoned them this morning, the consultant was very unhelpful and says I must just wait (patiently) for my package. When I asked him why there is a delay he just said "I don't know", so I then asked him who will know and he just said no one knows. Thìs is extremely poor delivery and customer service! 😠 How a big company can use such a useless courier company goes beyond my knowledge 🤔
