Poor service

My wife order a package from Shein and was delivered to Buffalo, it was in transit from the 16 of May and we still haven't received it, we called them today and day say thy can only reimburse the tax amount, now they say that Fastway lost our package... They can't give us any answer of where our package is other then it's lost...
