Poor service

My parcel was suppose to be delivered last week. One of their agents called me Friday telling me that my parcel will be delivered this week, and she is not sure when. There hasn't been any update since then. Buffalo can't do their job and everyone is complaining about them. I don't know why shein is still using them.
