Poor service

Buffalo logistics consultants do not do their jobs. I’ve sent several emails and made millions phone calls to request the lost letter for a parcel lost in transit in may 2024, but only received it on the 01/04/2025. And it was dated 22/07/2024. I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Buffalo logistics.
