Poor service

Poor service provided. I was told my parcel was compromised in a hijacking and now they are still investigating. They have been doing the investigation even now with no feedback. Each time you call they give you 4 different stories, they do not know what they are doing and they don't have any solutions for the problems they created themselves.

It's so pathetic and it's inconveniencing the clients.
