Poor Service

No professionalism and very poor service from Buffalo Logistics company.

So I purchased items on Shein October 2023 Items were never delivered I had to cancel the order from Shein and I never got a refund from Buffalo. I again purchased items on Shein on the 28 October 2024, I received a message on the 09/11/2024 saying that my parcel is out for delivery... Then on Monday the 11/11/2024 I received a message saying that the driver could not get a hold of the consignee... Yet I have not even received any communication from the driver I then called Buffalo today on the 12/11/2024 consultants very rude and not helpful at all. SHEIN CAN YOU NOT USE A DIFFERENT LOGISTICS COMPANY EITHER THAN BUFFALO?
