Poor service

poor service from buffalo logistics I made an order from shein on the 9th of April and paid customs on the 13th of April and then they updated my tracking status saying that my order will delay as they are experiencing resources shortage and that my order will delay with 3-5 days this was on the 19th of April and on the same day being the 19 April my tracking status changed again claiming that they attempted delivery which failed due to wrong address or cellphone numbers which is not true because I had previous made orders from shein using buffalo logistics using the same address and cellphone numbers. And now my tracking status hasn't changed since then. I.need my.order buffalo ASAP its frustrating now.
