Poor service

I have purchased goods from SHEIN and Buffalo international finally on the day they were supposed to deliver my parcel went back with it because apparently they did not find my address. Mind you they were not delivering to me for the first time meaning they don’t even keep the records, secondly they didn’t even contact me to inform me that they can’t find my address. I then called them to do a follow up and each time I call they tell me buffalo took my parcel to the third party and I will receive the parcel in the next 48 hours, however I’m still waiting although 48 hours has passed already.
