Poor service

Buffalo international logistics has had my parcel for the longest time, I've been sending emails and calling them they promise to deliver and on Saturday they called and told me they were coming I waited the whole day and called back they gave me excuses and told me the driver was in my area. Today is Monday and they've sent an email saying my address and phone number was unreachable yet I used the same number to call them.... This courier service is providing us with poor service and they are innapropriate.
