Poor service

I received the most terrible service from Buffalo logistics . My items are set to be delivered between the 30th of August- 4th of September 2021 . I call an agent by the name of primrose on the 20th of August who assured me that the items would be delivered in 3 -4 working days . I called again on the 1st of September and speak to a lady by the name of Nomthetho who informs me that the order does not have a shelf number meaning that it is highly unlikely that I will be receiving the parcel by 03/09/2021 . And I had expressed to Primrose that this was emergency and I needed the items within the stipulated date and any date later would not be convenient . the items had arrived at their warehouse on the 22nd of August already . Very poor service . Honestly appalled by my experience
