Poor service

I am not happy with my experience with Buffalo. I placed my order on Shein paid customs and all, on the day I was supposed to receive my order I was informed on email that the number I provided is incorrect. Fair enough I called them to rectify the number and confirm the address on Wednesday. I gave them a call on Thursday I was told the labeling will take 24 hours etc. Called on Friday and they confirmed I will receive my order on Saturday. I just called now at 9:25 only to be told that my order is unassigned. What sort of poor service is this that am told am only gonna receive my order on Tuesday. I am not happy at well
