Poor service!

Their service is very poor. Before receiving your order you have to write tons of emails, call their useless number and wait for an agent till you run out of airtime, whatsapp them and chat with an annoying bot. I ordered from Temu on the 4th of June and the delivery info was not updated for some time and on the 17th of June it changed to "delivery failed because my contact was unreachable" which is a lie. Shein and Temu should just stop using Buffalo or we'll stop ordering from them.
