Poor service

I will not recommend this courier company to anyone, the driver who was sent to deliver my order was so rude he end up leaving with my order and it's been a month now I've been calling them using my money send them emails, the answer I get is the matter is being escalated, no one is communicating with me, I am the one calling and I don't have answe
