Poor Service
My parcel has been out for delivery since the 15th and it has still not been delivered. I urged delivery on the shein app as i need this package urgently but that clearly means nothing. Buffalo logistics is extremely unhelpful regarding where my package currently is. They have not been providing me with updates and i do not know where my package is. This is unacceptable and i just want my package.
