Poor service

I have been waiting for my Shein order for weeks now it's been out for delivery since last week the 20th December no communication or nothing when I called customer service they tell me it will be delivered in the next 48-72 hours I'm not sure if it's me that doesn't know what is 48-72hrs is since the 20th yhoo.
