Poor service

Poor service from buffalo curies in vanderbijlpark I received an email followed by a WhatsApp from their driver saying my parcel was on its way that was 8am 30december I've waited till10pm. At 11pm I got another message saying my delivery was on the way but the didn't come. I called them today 31 Dec 2025 the drive say's she on the way . The lady she's not even apologizing
