Poor ,******* service

Buffalo logistics,I left a review about my parcel from SHEIN,that I ordered last month,I got an email saying that my issue will be resolved,on Friday I checked the status of my parcel ,and to my surprise it says my parcel was delivered,received and signed by the client,which client are you referring to ?because I have not received my my parcel even today,your service is pathetic ,disappointing,******* service and disgusting ,SHEIN if you value your customers,cut ties with buffalo logistics because wow😱what is this ?
