Poor service

The service that buffalo logistics deliver it is so pathetic. I orderd from shein last month and I kept on tracking the package as soon as I received the tracking number from buffalo. They then send the custom tax and I paid it the very same day it was sent. Surprisingly I received an email saying the order has been successfully delivered. Where,? I don't know because I haven't received it . I have not only tried emailing them I also called multiple of times but they are unreachable. They just don't attend their customers and it hurts. I so wish that shein could go for another international carrier rather than buffalo.
