I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered at my address, I was at home the whole day, no parcel received, I called Buffalo and they told to wait for an hour and if I don't receive my parcel I must call again, at my expense of which I did and I was kept on hold for a good 15min with no assistance, my tracking number BUFZA6CL12933XEYQ
