Poor service

I orderd on the 17th of March and today is the 3rd of April. I tried contacting buffalo logistics but no one rep****, I got a message yesterday that my parcel is out on delivery and I waited the whole day for thier call. I checked thier website tracking this morning to find out what's going on and it is written CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE but no one contacted for my delivery.
