Poor Service 😢

I bought clothes from Temu on the 4 March 2024 i paid Buffalo LogisticsZA R456.37 for custom vat,for first order which has not been delivered,I made the second purchase Custom vat was R138,79.They kept saying I didn't pay,last week I went there personally to show show then Proof that I paid.I have send several emails to them but they never responded 😡 I ask about the second order the lady that was assisting me assured me that I will get my parcels either on the 14 or 15 and the second one is with Skynet.To my surprise I saw money into my account from Temu for R1280.they say goods not delivered for 35 days Vat was paid, everything was done,What makes me angry is that I was there , I asked Faith the lady who was assisting me about it,she then say they need to fetch it from their warehouse,then they will all be delivered.Call Center Agent they very rude.
