POOR SERVICE!

I have never experience such treatment in my life! They don't care about their customers! SHEIN has to change them, no ways! None of their communication lines work, from Email, Whatsapp and Call centre! my order has been sitting with them since 26 August and I have paid my custom fee! what's annoying is that they do not communicate at all!
