Poor service

Please avoid this company. Extremely long waiting period, none of their phone numbers work (SA nor China). No one responds to Whapp business chat. Their online tracking service gives garbage info, eg. Why would they send my parcel from Jhb Airport to Nelspruit depot and then back to Pretoria where I am? Actually show delivered, but still nothing. Wonder if I will ever see this parcel?
