Poor service

Ordered from Shein. Parcel arrived in SA within 4 days. After 2 weeks I phoned Buffalo and then weekly phoned as they dont respond on email or whatsapp. They could not locate the parcel and then after another 2 weeks let me know they lost it!!?? This as unacceptable. Will I ever get a refund? I doubt.
