Poor service

A call was made to me yesterday informing me of the delivery by an Indian guy,soon after dropping the call I notified my daughter to go and collect it at the gate because I was at work,when she arrived at the gate there was no one,bystanders told her that the van drove away. I called the number which had called me earlier several times it was ringing nobody answered,I wrote an email soon after but there is no response up to now. I don’t know what is gonna happen to my parcel now and I am disappointed with such service. I have never experienced such treatment before
