Poor service

I used to think baffalo was the best and fast in delivery but recently their service is poor.i app**** for a return of parcel with shein and bafallo was suppose to assign a pick up driver within 4 days but it has been over 2-3 weeks and I have not been contacted despite my efforts of trying to communicate with them. Till today I have not been assisted.
