Poor service

This Logistic company called Buffalo I'm gatvol of them this week, I tracked my parcel from yesterday and it shows the parcel was despatched till today 11-05-2024 the parcel has not arrived and the parcel suppose to go somewhere on the 10-05-2024, their service is very poor and unreliable,1st time they delivered the parcel and the driver promised to deliver the parcel the next day bur rescheduled the date
