Poor service

My parcel took 11 days since was dispatch from China until arrive at Buffalo Logistics, today 15/12/2020 makes 13 days in their hands waiting to be delivered a total of 29 days, twice I contacted them by phone, yesterday I called and they said that they will call me back, I'm still waiting for the call, sended an WhatsApp message with the tracking number and details and they answered me that they are to busy with to many chats and that I must send the tracking number (they didn't even read the first message with the tracking number) so I sended three more times and no answer till now, I'm really upset with their service. Guys, get more people or organize yourself better to give a better service.
