POOR SERVICE

Worst courier company shein could be using. Stood outside yesterday and did not get assistance. Was there again this morning and they cannot provide me solid information.

Expected delivery date has passed. Apparently they tried to deliver last Friday which by the way was a holiday. My security confirmed there was no delivery attempt that day. My parcel has been on the road with their driver since last week. They are unable to provide his contact number or much information

They are very unorganized. Same thing happened last year time. Shein needs to change the company they use for delivering or we will stop buying
