Poor Service

According to them my Parcel was delivered to someone in China, if I track my parcel on their website, it shows that it was delivered in JHB and then the customer, when I phoned they said its been delivered to someone in China. There is no correspondence from them whatsoever and WhatsApp or their live chat is useless. How do i get my money back?
