Poor Service 😔😔

I've been waiting for my parcel since the 18th of December. My parcel have been returned because they don't have my number. Now that they have been able to get hold of me. A guy named (Chris) from Buffalo logistics buzzed me it's 14:29 and I call the guy back saying someone will be at the gate let me call them to come take my parcel as I've travelled. Now it's 14:34 when I call the guy he says he has already left my place because there's no one coming out and he can't wait for 6-10 minutes. I am really so frustrated with this issue because they have been trying to deliver and no one has contacted me up until today. I really don't know what to do because the guy was really not even patient and I've talked to him someone is coming at the gate. What kind of service does your stuff really offer, Chris is even saying to me I am not the only person he must deliver products to if I delay he goes he has no time. Why do you work with people if you have no time for them. So very frustrated about this issue. I've been emailing buffalo and calling and no luck. No one has even gotten back to me
