POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Buffalo Logistics. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel it is important to share the challenges I have faced. I requested a return collection for my parcel, and I was initially told that a driver would collect it within 5 working days. However, despite waiting patiently, no one came to collect the parcel. I followed up several times, but each time I was only told to “wait 24–48 hours” for feedback. Those promised timelines kept passing without any resolution.The tracking status has remained unchanged for weeks, reflecting that the parcel was “loaded into a vehicle,” yet in reality, the parcel is still with me. This shows a lack of accountability and inaccurate system updates, which only adds to the frustration.
