Poor service

Buffalo logistics 's service is very poor. People' s parcels are not lt delivered on time and they claim they have a backlog. Backlog for what? Should it be the customers problem when they have backlog? Why don't they outsource other logistic companies. It is sad that that one is waiting for a parcel for a particular date, and that date has passed. So poor service!! And their customer agents are rude. ☹️
