Poor refund services

I am trying to get a refund from Buffalo but it seems impossible. I paid customs 3 times for the same order as a result of network problems but they are not saying anything about refunding me the extra two payments. The website was glitching the day I was trying to pay and I ended up trying 3 times and money was deducted on all attempts.
