Poor poor service

My parcel has been sitting with this courier company since the 4th of August and I have received the same update for the last 2 weeks ( your parcel is in transit and will be delivered shortly). When I contacted the courier company they advised me that it would be escalated and I should receive my order within the next 48 - 72 hours but they will get back to me with more information, needless to say they didn't call me back so I called them again and was advised that my order was out for delivery and the attempt failed.... I did not get a notification or a call advising me my order would be delivered.

I tried contacting them on WhatsApp but was left on read so I emailed them ( not my nicest email ) but was still advised that a consultant would contact me and I have still not gotten feedback.

I understand that this is the courier service chosen to handle international parcels but this needs to be sorted out or a new company needs to take over.
