POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!! AND INCOMPETENCE!!!!!

I bought clothes from Buffalo Logistics on the 19th and they have not been moving. Every time I try to track them. It’s written “ we trying to urge the transit for you, please be patient. At this point I’ve lost patience. It’s even worse that when you call you are told you are calling number 100 and something. You will wait on the line until your airtime finishes. Shein was way better, in fact Aramex was way better because if you had a query you could reach them. Not this *********** team. Buffalo Logistics doesn’t know how to do their job!!!!! Leave it!!! You have failed so many customers already and yes I am going to report you people!!!
