Poor pathetic customer service

i have had it with this pathetic customer service from Buffalo and the lazy useless customer service agents. They changes my address as it was wrong and im waiting since Wednesday now for a package yet to be recieved. This disgusting service received as left me stressed out as i need these items for my kids and they now have to suffer due to this pathetic company. Every company should stop using this and people should start to sueing this busineas for the *****ulent activities as they keep packages behind on purpose. Cant tell me there were no deliveries this whole week but yet they keeping my things behind.
