Poor delivery service company
This has to be the worst service ever from Buffalo Int Logistics, my order was supposed to be delivered on the 15 September and I got an in app notification that stated “Delivery failed” with zero notification of my order being out for delivery on Monday. The WhatsApp communication is useless as it auto reply and when you select to speak to a agent you don’t eventually get the chance to do so, I then had to call using my airtime on Monday as well as today to find out what’s the deal with my parcel. Since the initial delivery date has passed

17 Sept 2025, 15:25My order has been stuck at that same place with zero updates on its movement, since it arrived in Cape Town on 3 September. If my order is not delivered within this week I will have to escalate this matter to the party that was responsible for the import order. Cause this is all ought nonsense I’m afraid.
