Poor delivery service

Buffalo is failing us shame. I have been waiting for my parcel from shein for a month now if I am not mistaken. Not only did I email them I also called a several times but no luck . The tracking shows that the parcel was unsuccessfully delivered due to contact not available, what a lie ! I received an email from them saying that the parcel is out on delivery on the 10th of this month and since that day there's always someone at home waiting for it. Till today I haven't received it
