Poor delivery service

I have ordered from Temu on the 2nd of April, I still haven't received my parcel & buffalo logistics 8s the order that has my order. I have received 3 messages the past week saying my parcel will be delivered in the next 24-48 hours even now I am still waiting!! It's been long they don't answer their calls when I try to reach out to them
