Poor Delivery Service

Given the option, I would honestly not even give them a star rating. I ordered from Shein on the 6th of November 2024. My parcel was handed over to Buffalo International Logistics soon after, everything was going well until the 20th of November when they updated my tracking status to "Driver picked the parcel". They sent me an email saying I should expect my parcel before the 21st of November. They never kept their word till date. It is now the 22nd of November, I've been calling them endlessly and they my parcel is with the driver. I'm leaving the province this weekend and my order has not been delivered. They have an extremely poor customer service, if you are thinking of using their services, think twice. You wouldn't want to end up like me.
