Poor delivery

Very poor service

I was expecting an urgent package, the driver called when he was at the gate I was at shower asked him to deliver the package to my security at work only one minute away from my address, he ignored and returned the package immediately. I called the office instead of apology, with very rudeness attitude they responded maybe you get your package in 48hours if you lucky!
