Poor customer service - there is no customer service

Received a msg that my parcel will be delivered today, still have not received it. Tried contacting the offices on their telephone number, machine answers, after selecting 1 the call just ends every time. Sent 4 whatsapp messages but NO reply. Suppose one cant complain about the customer services if there is no customer service...
