Poor Customer service. Payment has been made but no parcel.

Honestly the worst when it comes to customer support. Sent multiple emails, you wait in queue for hours to talk to an agent just to get to the end of the day for them to tell you that their working hours are from 7;00 to 17;00 and not contact you again. All of this because they do not approve a "proof of payment" of which all criteria are met and "amount is due" still get's requested after payment is through to their account.
