Poor customer service from Buffalo jhb

Bought my daughter's matric dance dress, accessories and shoes from light in the box.

Matric dance is Thursday 23rd June 2022.

I called buffalo jhb to track progress today Tuesday 21st June. Consultant was very impatient. I tried as calmly as I could to explain my predicament, the lady was just not having it and dropped the call on my ear.

I'm very disappointed and frustrated, with 2 days left to the matric dance I'm left with no option but to look at second option.

I'm not sure why these online sales will continue to be using a service provider that has clearly been poorly rated.

Hard lesson for me not to ever trust on the international online sales ever again.

In my option, buffalo does not even deserve the 1 star which I gave them.
