Poor customer service from Buffalo
I had ordered a shein package on the 2 October 2024 which was expected to be delivered on the 9th October 2024 but the next day I check the tracking it says delivery failed. I try calling and it says invalid number, the whatsapp number doesn't work as it's a bot. I need assistance on how I can get my parcel deliver to me successfully
