Poor Customer Service

I have made a payment with an incorrect reference number and have so far received the worst of service, i was actually told that they would TERMINATE MY CALL if i cannot be PROFESSIONAL , with information they gave me on multiple calls i am unprofessional , the guy who took my call this morning Thapelo or Tumelo or whatever your name is , you need training on customer services and with that i hope your company listens to our call and disciplines you for it,
