poor customer service

I'm waiting for my parcel from shain paid the customs, since the 28/10/2024 being getting communication from them stating my things were dispatched and will get it within 48hrs but every day since from the 28/10/2024 when i check the update it says it was returned by the driver cause of the wrong allocation and the address that is there on the email that I got from them says Lotus Gardens and I did state on my email and on the telephone conversation that I had with the consultant that I stayed in Rosslyn Gardens. When I called them was told it was fixed, even sent email but still. Till today, I'm still waiting
