POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered on 20th of March and then on the 2nd of April they failed to deliver because my contact was unavailable, I never switched off my phone or see a missed call from them. Now they keep saying they'll deliver but nothing comes. Customer service is joke. Waste of airtime and you can't hear the person speaking on the phone. I'm panicking I don't know what to do because I can't reach customer service anywhere either by WhatsApp, emails or calls. When they don't deliver by the end of this week I'll ask for a refund which I know will be a process. It's my first time ordering on Shein I don't know where to go from here.
