Poor customer service & badly behaved driver

I received a few calls from someone who was shouting at me and being extremely rude, saying he is leaving if I don't send him a code. After a few calls where he shouted and cut the call on me, I discovered that he was a Buffalo Logistics driver and wanted to deliver a parcel to me. In the end of all the shouting and me becoming extremely upset to receive such treatment, he was at the wrong house and he just said "wrong number". I complained to Buffalo Logistics on email as requested by them after I phoned them to advise them of what had happened and one week later they did not have the courtesy to even reply to my email. This is very unsatisfactory.
